View seating charts for each performance by clicking on this link to the SEATING page.
Use this email link if you have special seating requirements. Include your name and email address in the message so we can confirm your request.
If you have any difficulty, leave a message at Phoenix Players voicemail: 613-822-3525.

Order your tickets using order form on the right:
1          Select the type of ticket (Adult, Senior or Student) and the Show date. 
2          Click "Add to Cart" to add the ticket to your shopping cart. 
3          Click on “Continue Shopping” if you want to add another type of ticket. (Internet Explorer users answer "yes" to the question about closing the tab).
4          Type how many of each ticket you want and click “Update” to calculate the cost.
5          Click on “Check Out” to complete your order.

Payment by Credit Card:
1          Click "Check Out". Ignore any request to sign in to a PayPal account.
2          Fill in the credit card information.
3          Click on the “Review order and Continue” button. 
4          For seating requirements or preferences click on the “Special Seating Request Add” link at the top of the review page. A box will open where you can type your requirements.  

Payment by PayPal:
1          Click "Check Out Using PayPal". Sign into your PayPal account
2          Click pay now.
3          For seating requirements or preferences click on the “Special Seating Request Add” link at the top of the confirmation page. A box will open where you can type your requirements.  

Confirmation:
Once we have received your order we will assign specific seating and email you with the exact seating information within a few days. Your tickets will be reserved and waiting for you a half hour before the curtain.

Ticket purchases at the door, starting a half hour before the curtain, are for that performance only and are cash only.

Tickets are NOT sold at the Nepean Creative Arts Centre (NCAC).
